We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have completed a form with your personal and/or contact information to request a phone call, video meeting, email communication, text communication (e.g. WhatsApp).
  • You have completed a form with your personal and/or contact information to access a download, event link, newsletter, etc. 
  • We receive anonymized user data e.g. engagement activity on our website, using analytics and tracking software: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.

We use the information that you have given us in order to: 

  • Provide services that you have explicitly agreed to receive e.g. a phone call, video meeting, downloadable asset, event invite, newsletter, email communication, text communication (e.g. WhatsApp).
  • Send you occasional marketing emails to update you on our products and services. You will have opted in to receive these and you can withdraw your consent at any time.  
  • Use advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn to deliver ads that we believe will be of value and interest to you.
  • Improve the performance of our website.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information (name, email address, phone number, company name) for one (1) year in our customer relationship management software (CRM), HubSpot. Email communication is stored in our company inboxes (Gmail).

We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting digital contact records in our customer relationship management software (CRM), HubSpot and permanently deleting emails (including sent emails) in our company email inboxes (Gmail).
